GolgiCõ is the physical expression of Tèmak — the store, the space, the ritual. Named after the Golgi apparatus: the organelle that receives, processes, and dispatches. Every product, every surface, every cup is a dispatch from that same intent. Science made material. Ritual made inhabitable.

GolgiCõ is built on three interlocking design systems:

• The Molecular Design System — every surface pattern is derived from the actual molecular geometry of the compound it represents. Caffeine, Chlorogenic acid, Adenosine: the structure becomes the aesthetic.
• Hexagonal geometry — the hexagon is the most energy-efficient closed tessellation in nature. It governs the form factor of the TÈMUGG, the tile pattern of the venue, and the grid underlying every layout.
• The QR Science Education Layer — each product carries a QR code that opens a journey: from molecule to evolutionary function, explained for humans.

• Cape Town Hub Opening — Q4 2026. The first GolgiCõ physical space opens in Cape Town. An experiential store designed around cellular biology, science education, and the ritual of the beverage.
• Science Evenings. Monthly evenings at the Hub — short talks, molecular tastings, and an open floor. Each evening takes one molecule and follows it from biochemistry to lived experience.
• Tasting Rituals. Weekly guided tastings of the Consumable Protein range. Facilitated by the GolgiCõ team. The science of what you taste, in the cup while you taste it.
